Membership subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are not available for subscriptions canceled after a specified period of time. Customers cannot cancel 72 hours after purchase, except for free trials. Customers can cancel the free trial at any time during the trial period, but once canceled, customers will not be able to reinstate the trial. To cancel and refund after 72 hours, please contact online customer service to request a cancellation and refund. If the cancellation and refund request is approved by Live Customer Service, a ticket will be submitted for cancellation and refund to be enabled.
